NOTE: We work from oldest to newest tickets. This means that every time you bump your ticket it pushes it to the end of the queue thus your ticket gets answered slower NOT faster.

Any requests for support OUTSIDE of the ticketing system will cause your ticket to be “FROZEN” for 24 hours regardless of where it is in the queue.
